Mental Health First Aid

So many of us are fighting battles every single day. Anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, grief, loneliness, overwhelm with life...  The list goes on.

1 in 4 of us will experience some form of mental health issue every year.
 ‘1 in 10’ for consistency with above people will suffer from some form of anxiety.

Not everyone has an outlet or someone safe who they can trust and talk to. The coping strategies or a spiritual tool box to ride the waves. And even then sometimes it's all just too much...

Many people hide their personal battles, or are reluctant to share for fear of discrimination or prejudice.

I welcome you with open, listening, non judgemental ears to offer the skills, support, encouragement and confidence to help empower and enable you on your journey forwards.

Life is one massive rollercoaster of highs and lows. 

But there is a continuous, massive, shift in consciousness going on; a desire for more loving kindness, community, solidarity, Oneness, empathy,  compassion and social awareness.


I believe in a vision of society where mental health is accepted as a normal part of life and where everyone has the skills to look after their  own, and each other's wellbeing.

Having journeyed through my own mental health battles, I know how scary and lonely it can be battling with your own mind every single day. 

Emotional and behavioural needs such as anxiety and depression can be unlearned, combined with Neuro Linguistic Programming.
